Today is JANUARY 30th 2024 and this is a complete HONEST & TRUE statement with all of my heart !!! NOT down playing other reviews pero PERSONALLY! If I could give this place a 0 I would! Jan 24th 2024 I was laid from a job that I was working at for 3-4 years. Same if being let go from my other job i immediately proceed an application with KP STAFFING ARLINGTON ! When I say Absolutely ZERO help or patience with me & this being my first time in 3 years applying temp. I was told I could come in for an interview & send my documents in how was easier for me (viaemail). I notice the young lady I spoke to on the phone name starts with an L (Liz lidia Linda) something in that context & the bracnh manger both were VERY unprofessional . I felt as if they did not want anything to do with me what’s so ever . Felt out of place as soon as I came into the office . Only Hispanics were getting hired! They began to tell me I couldn’t email documents also that i could use their computer to complete app , but said I wouldn’t be interviewed unless I brought the physical copy. Prior to me calling a day before hand & asking if it was okay to send via email. They went back and fourth with me about everything I asked . Absolutely NO patience what’s so ever! I then decided to NOT complete the form or apply for ANY positions the job may have had. I asked for names from the manager as well as the lady over the application process . They REFUSED to give me that info & asked me to leave the building due to me raising my concerns. They proceed to say no one is being racist when they entire Lobby was Hispanic & it seems as if some of the guys were NO fit for the job . Certification wise , language barriers & more. I’m even BILINGUAL & they still denied me. I felt the energy upon entering. The women spoke in Spanish majority of the time to one another & others , so I thought maybe if I give it a shot that I’ll seem more fit for a position as well. NOT ONE of the women spoke to me in Spanish . Only English . Iv been speaking Spanish since 2012 so my Spanish is A1. With the entire front office unwilling to engage I knew then that I wasn’t getting hired): desperate need of an job. It hurt my feelings how I was treated . Mean while leaving I couldn’t help but to notice the other applicants were giving the expressions that it was hilarious that I was walked out of the door asked to leave. Man one of the worse experience EVER! I left & called corporate . Please please please let this branch know that as Americans in AMERICAN we All need opportunities. I stand with the front office & the Hispanic race for helping their people , however i need help as well . I have kids , house rent car notes as well. I need to work as well I have reliable transportation, great resume etc. thought to myself absolutely NO way I wouldn’t get hired). I was obviously wrong. I’m starting to think the core personal staff seen my name as DeCarlos or Carlos & thought I was maybe Hispanic or recall me speaking Spanglish on the phone. I think that’s why I was asked to come in . Until … again if I could give this place a ZERO i would ! These people even have the nerves to give you an full blown attitude and disgusting looks for you staying your concerns. I knew then and there KP staffing was REALLT unfair . As an American in AMERICA It’s throat , heart , stomach wrenching to be turned away from jobs here!!l!! With absolutely NOTHING we can do about it. Certain races for certain jobs. Almost like with 7/11 , or AT&T reps , warehouse and African American , MEXICAN and office jobs temp agencies & leasing. They’re only helping who they won’t!!!! Please fix this issues please . Iv took the time to actually write this feed back to bring AWARENESS to every & anyone In need!!! Despite our color race ethnicity I feel WE should ALLLLL have a fair chance! Not depletion of non Hispanics!!!!!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO A CAT!!! #PREJUDICEPEOPLE

PLEASE DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME AT THIS STAFFING AGENCY!!! They currently don’t have new openings. Applied for 2 positions in Aug, it is now Oct. I did my part by staying on top of the employees! I constantly asked for updates, however they just had me thinking the position was coming within a couple days, for 3 months now. I would not recommend KP staffing.

Don't waste ur time going up there they don't wanna help you find a job my boyfriend went applied for a Job with a lady named "Elizabeth" she sent him to an interview of a wear house he seen on Facebook didn't get hired made him wait many days he constantly had to keep calling to check on it Unless the wear house guy was racist and she just goes along with it
